Can I edit my order?

As soon as your order is placed with GetPop we begin the fulfillment process - we know how important it is that you receive your products as fast as possible! This means we are unable to process any changes to submitted orders.

My order is missing products.

Most likely this is because your order was sent in 2 separate shipments due to product availability at our fulfillment centers. You will receive an email with tracking information for each package as soon as they are shipped.

My package was marked delivered but I still don't have it.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave your package in a safe location at your shipping address. Please check around the front of your home, especially behind potted plants, fences, etc.

Why was my order canceled?

Any irregularity with regards to the age verification process will trigger our compliance systems to cancel your order or place it on hold pending further information from you...
