My order is missing products.Updated a month ago

Most likely this is because your order was sent in 2 shipments due to product availability at our fulfillment centers. You will receive an email with tracking information for each package as soon as they are shipped.

Please rest assured we are working with the utmost care to ensure all items are shipped and delivered to you as quickly as possible. 

Once shipped, tracking information for individual orders can be found by clicking the Track order button at the top of the help center, located here.
