Why was my order canceled?Updated a month ago

Electronic cigarettes/vaping products are for adults 21 years of age or older only. GetPop is committed to youth prevention, as such any irregularity with regards to the age verification process will trigger our compliance systems to cancel your order, or place it on hold pending further information from you.

Below are some examples of what will trigger an order being cancelled:

• Your order did not pass our age verification process
• Your order details were flagged by our fraud or compliance systems

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email. Your payment will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
