Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for your package to be delivered (excluding weekends and holidays).

We use plain, discrete mailer boxes to ensure your order arrives in perfect shape. 

Because our shipping partners leave your package at the requested address with no signature required, please ensure you are inputting a safe and secure location for delivery.

Due to increased carrier volume and associated shipping times during the holiday season, we suggest ordering in advance. We've found this is also a good idea if you have travel planned to ensure you do not miss your delivery.

**Please note shipments made to Hawaii and Alaska are processed in accordance with our shipping policy, however the delivery timeframes for these locations can be affected/delayed (this is due to transit-related issues for our shipping carrier partners).
