What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100, excluding taxes and fees. No code required.

When will my order be delivered?

Do you offer same-day, expedited, or express shipping?

We are unable to offer same-day delivery or express shipping options at this time.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to most areas within the continental United States, along with Hawaii and Alaska.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from multiple fulfillment centers throughout the United States.

Why hasn't my tracking number been updated?

Once the carrier scans the package, it can take several days for an update to appear if the shipment is traveling cross country. Please click here for more specific guidance relating to "label created", "out for delivery", and "delivered" tracking in

What if I need to reschedule my delivery?

Here at GetPop it's our priority to ensure you receive your packages as quickly and seamlessly as possible, so we have included the following unforeseen issues that can arise from rescheduling a delivery. Please click here to learn more.

My package was marked delivered but I still don't have it.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave your package in a safe location at your shipping address. Please check around the front of your home, especially behind potted plants, fences, etc.
