In order to comply with FDA regulations and prevent underage use of vape devices, GetPop is required to verify the age of all of our customers. Because vaping products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older only, any irregularity in the age verification process will trigger our compliance systems to cancel the order or place it on hold pending further information.

If an order is canceled, you will be notified via email and the payment will be refunded to your account within 5-10 business days.
