Packaging and naming changes occur for a variety of reasons at the manufacturer level. We have been advised that name, design, and packaging changes can occur due to the following (please note this is not an exhaustive list):

• Name changes due to manufacturer preference/nomenclature disciplines
• Changes due to potential copyright infringement
• Changes in design to obstruct misrepresentation/counterfeit product
• Comply with new regulatory requirements

• Affected Product(s): Potentially all EB Design BC0000 and EB Design TE6000

Brand Name Update: Funky Republic Ti7000 to be changed to Funky Land

• Affected Product(s): Potentially all Funky Republic Ti7000
