That said we are aware that disposable devices can occasionally have defects caused during the manufacturing process. While these defects are outside of our control, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

If you have received a defective product please let us know by clicking here and including the following information in the provided form:

  • GetPop Order #
  • Brand/model
  • Flavor
  • Quantity of each defective item
  • Photo/video of malfunctioning device with a brief description of the issue
