What is your return/refund policy?Updated a month ago

We’re sorry to hear the product you purchased is not working out for you! Please review the following information before reporting any defective items:

All defective items must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order. Once the defective product has been reported, you will be refunded for the product to your original form of payment, excluding the cost of delivery (except where otherwise required by law). If any promotions or other discounts were utilized when the order was placed, any refund provided will only reflect the amount actually paid by the customer.

Once processed, you will receive an email with a confirmation of the refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account depending on the guidelines set out by your financial institution (GetPop processes all refunds immediately). If you have any questions regarding your refund, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team by clicking here.

We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of GetPop.  

*Please note our system monitors return activity for fraudulent activity or abuse. GetPop reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
