GetPop is dedicated to providing you with a vaping resource you can trust. To do so, our product team works directly with manufacturers and distributors to ensure product quality for every line we carry.
That said we are aware that disposable devices can occasionally have defects caused during the manufacturing process. While these defects are outside of our control, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
If you have received a defective product please let us know by clicking here and selecting "I'd like to report an issue with a device/order" as shown below.
*Please note all defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt as outlined in the GetPop refund policy.
